Here is a list of stable overclock of some games and programs on the MSI GTX 970
MSI Afterburner:
Fortnite: Core clock at 160, Memory clock 350, Core voltage +87, Power limit 110% and temp limit 91
Minecraft Java (Without shaders): Core clock at 160, memory clock at 360, Core voltage at +87, power limit 110% and temp limit 91
Cyberpunk 2077: Core clock at 150, Memory clock +400, Core voltage at +87, Power limit 110% and temp limit 88
Minecraft Java (With shaders): Core clock at 160, Memory clock 400, Core voltage +87, Power limit 110% and Temp limit 91
GPU-Z Render Test: Core clock at 250, Memory clock at 500, Core voltage at +87, Power limit 110% and Temp limit 91
(In the GPU Z with those configurations it reaches 1604 MHz of Core clock and 4001 MHz of Memory clock)
GTA V: Core clock at 160, Memory clock at 500, core voltage +97, Power limit 110% and Temp limit 91
Warning:
If you put more than the core clock that I put in these games on the list, they crash
