When you undervolt a computer, if you try to play a game and it is not stable, the first thing I would try is to undervolt less. Very few computers are 100% stable when trying to use a -140 mV undervolt. Try using -100 mV for the core and the cache. If that is not stable try -50 mV. If that is not stable try running your computer with no undervolt. That way you can troubleshoot. If the undervolt is not responsible then maybe it is the GPU or heat or something else.

The 6700HQ has a 45W TDP rating. A properly functioning cooling system should be able to keep the CPU under the thermal throttling temperature when running at up to 45W. Your CPU is overheating when it is running at only 15.9W. That is likely the main reason why your computer is not stable. You need to open up your laptop and start by blowing out the dust from the heatsinks and fan. If that does not solve the overheating problem then you will need to replace the thermal paste between the heatsink and the CPU. Laptop computers require regular maintenance. Many people end up buying new computers because they do not bother doing some basic maintenance. Search YouTube for a video that shows this procedure for your laptop model.

For many laptops, removing the back panel and blowing out some dust is very easy to do and can make a significant difference. GTA V is a very CPU demanding game. The cooling needs to be working at 100% to avoid any crashes.

Most recent computers use a feature called Speed Shift Technology. If you would like to enable this feature, check the Speed Shift box in the TPL window. I recommend doing that.

I would check the MMIO Lock box which is near the top right of the TPL window.

Clear the PP0 Power Limit check box. That box does not need to be checked.

After you clean out your computer, check the Log File box on the main ThrottleStop screen. Run a log file while gaming so you have a record of your CPU performance and temperatures. If your computer has a Nvidia GPU check that box in the Options window so that information will be added to the log file. Attach a log file to your next post so I can see how your computer is running. The log file will be in the ThrottleStop / Logs folder.
