So I was trying to flash BIOS on my AREZ-RX560-O4G-EVO since I had some connector issues while I was using Hackintosh and I read that Sapphire GPUs had better compatibility with connectors on macOS so I decided to flash the most compatible looking BIOS and I found a pretty matching BIOS or so I thought since my system froze halfway while I was flashing the BIOS and I still haven’t rebooted it yet since I’m scared to brick the GPU completely. I have the original BIOS files both backed up from amdatiflash and gpu-z and I was trying to flash this BIOS file. I’m scared to even turn off the system please help!!

After waiting for like 30-40 minutes I decided to just reboot the system and suprisingly it booted up just fine! Even the drivers are working completely fine but I still need to try the Sapphire BIOS. Is there any way to flash it since "AMDVBFlash / ATI ATIFlash" didn't really work and I don't want to risk my GPU again.

Hello.
Since you already saved the original BIOS on a safe place, you don't have to worry that you will"brick" your card.
Even if you do so, there are methods to recover each time.
The idea is to find a suitable BIOS that matches your card.
Here is a short guide how to recover :

I tried flashing using the link you said but I'm getting this error "SubsystemIDs mismatch" and I saw people saying use cmd.exe so I also tried that but it also gave me error "SSID mismatched". I don't know what do I'm kinda stuck here and I think my BIOS files are compatible since there are super minor differences between them.

Hello.
I just pointed out to a forum thread that is a short guide on how to recover from a bad BIOS flash.
But the task to flash it, it's your job.
You will flash it, fail, flash again...until you will find the right combination that suits your needs.
For flashing in CMD i will ask you to download and use ONLY version 2.93.
We are talking about Polaris cards.
As for the BIOS files, search all that suits your needs.
