Hey Mates I find temporally solution for Win 11 24H2 until fix at least for us who need to add unsupported hardware to Game Ready Drivers.

So this is steeps:
1. first make drivers with nvcleaninstall I check (Display Drivers, PhysX, Microsoft Runitime, Optimus, Frame view, Quadro SDK, NV Container, NV Platform Controllers, Telemetry (because you suggest that uncheck unselect it do problem)
2. add hardware support in mine case for RTX A5000
3. from experimental part uncheck/unselect all
4. save moded files to one folder
5. disable disable driver signature enforcement in advanced options of Windows
6. when PC is restarted, manually install display drivers in device manager from folder where you save your nvcleaninstall build (sub folder Display.Driver)
7. ignore Microsoft warning
8. you are finished, restart PC and enjoy
