Texture Flickering, Shimmering, Anti-Aliasing Not Working

Hey there, ever since I returned from vacation I've been noticing flickering, shimmering, anti-aliasing only working close range and not having any effect in long range. I have noticed that as I approach the flickering, shimmering object, the issue disappears, but If I get away from it, the flickering continues.

My system : RTX 3060 12GB, i5-10400F, 16GB RAM, B460M-A Pro, Corsair CV650.

I have all on Ultra, High settings mostly. I tried a previous driver as well, didn't help.

Texture shimmering is very noticeable in both American truck simulator and ets 2 even at ultra quality settings...one way i use to reduce it using the enable virtual super resolution setting in amd display driver..(i have a AMD RX 570)....it gives a much better picture even though the shimmering still exists....i have the game resolution set to 2560 x 1080 for my 1920 x 1080 monitor...

I am sure the nvidia driver has a similar setting which hopefully you can enable....

Yup and it happens on both nvidia and amd.
