The Left 4 Dead Cast

Ya know I am a huge fan of this game. The Source engine is showing its age but the guys at Valve don't need cutting edge graphics to make an awesome game. However I personally liked the original cast better than the revised one they currently use in L4D. If you never saw them here are some pics.

Do you like the new cast or the original cast posted above? I hope they releases them as skins later on. The biker skin to me looks far better. The current one looks like a damn yuppy biker. What do you guys think?

I'm mixed on this. I think there should be alternate skins or something.
the characters that came after are more ideal for the situation because the whole zombie infestion thing just started.

With the other ones it looks like they have been out there for a while, looks that is what they do for a living rather than escaping. I know it sounds awkward but the other cast seems more combat prepared than the revised one.

I honestly dont see much of a difference aside from the fact that the top looks better...graphics wise.

true well louis is an IT guy, I think a programmer. Zoey is one of those likes scary movie types, probably in college, francis yea biker dude, and Bill yea an old green beret.

I prefer the old Francis better, new Louis, old Bill, and old Zoe.

Zoeys still hot. Louis looks better now IMO he looks like an Office person as said. And the biker one just looks fatter in that pic, he looks more stronger now, like he can actually do something. And Bill just has different clothes

i play the game as well. Bill looks different (the face and his hair). Zoey well eh, looks the same to me. Louis looks better and looks like a black guy who is worth playing with. Francis looks alot lot better and doesn't probably scream like a pussy.

I like the new cast better, however with the original cast it has a better scale with the mapping and effect you see in this game. In others words: blend better. I still like the revised cast better though as they look more realistic.
