Everyone told me that thermal grease/paste is not an option since its designed only for CPU/GPU and for this reason I need thermal patty or thermal pad.I ordered this Upsiren U6 pro, it has 12.8 w/KM but this ChatGPT scared me as DeepSeek told me to use thermal patty and it will be perfect while GPT said the opposite...Idc about the method as soon as it do its job I will spend time doing it and securing my laptop not frying or damaging from high temps.
I think you may be getting some items confused here.
Upsiren U6 Pro is thermal putty / thermal grease, whatever - it is perfect (imo) - from your picture above, apply everywhere that has something EXCEPT the gpu / cpu. I use U6 Pro myself, applied using a syringe - and it works a treat.
For the GPU / CPU - you use thermal compound or some folks may call it thermal grease or whatever - the terminology between the two actual things (thermal compound for gpu / cpu and thermal putty for everything else can be confusing. The gpu / cpu is where you would use a thermal compound like Thermalgrizzly or MX6 - BUT, I wouldn't recommend them as they will tend to leach out due to being bare die. For gpu / cpu on laptop, I'd recommend a PTM7950 phase change pad (it's what I use) or Thermalgrizzly Kryosheet (some love it - I tried it and had mixed results). Or, can use something similar to these items but do note that PTM7950 is .25mm thick - if it is advertised as .20 it is FAKE (which is common). For PTM7950 an easy source of genuine is the lttstore.
PTM7950 or Kryosheet and the like will not leach out. PTM7950 lasts years in my experience and Kryosheet, well, should last forever essentially if it works for you.
