One more question about, I saw that the thickness for vrms and memories are different something 1mm for vrms and 3mm for memories or something like that but I don't know if it's true.

That works fine as a "tool". Personally I just have 0.5mm and 1mm ones and I use those on the places where a specific thickness is needed.
