I couldn't find the adapter cable for connecting my old Thermaltake AIO to a new mobo so I had to gaboon something together. I started with a normal 4 pin to 3 pin RGB cable and put sidecutters "#1" to work. The mobo 3 pin female cable is easy to find. You just have to find one with a small 3 pin male. The mobo 3 pin female cable is easy to find. You just have to find one with a small 3 pin male. Like

the cable started looking like #2: and here are pics of adapting the normal rgb cable to the thermaltake pump cable:
I don't have a mobo to test the connection on right now but soon I will have. The second pic shows the carved or 'adapted' cable. The 4th pic shows the cable partially connected to the thermaltake pump cable. The carved rgb cable can hook on only 2 ways. I think that the LEDs in the fans or pump only allow current to flow in one direction so if the pump doesn't light up with the other mobo LEDs, the carved RGB cable needs to be turned over and reinserted into the thermaltake connector. It is a 5 volt connection so I THINK that a wrong connection, very temporary, won't hurt any mobo parts. I might be wrong though. the trouble is with the thermaltake connector: its wires are not color-coded or
labeled. Makes thermaltake an unfriendly company. Any good electrical trouble shooters please correct me where I am wrong.
