Afaik some brands will lock down their laptops so you cannot change voltages.

But I am sure the bossman can enlighten us both on that topic.

Probably.

Follow the links in my signature. Disable core isolation memory integrity and anything else VBS related. Exit ThrottleStop and delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file after you do that. Reboot and post an updated FIVR screenshot.

i deactivated virtualisation tech in bios and the gpu settings started working:

cpu still cpu still doesnt work, but i didnt try all the other changes. also i'm not sure i want to miss out on those security features. memory isolation is now gone from the settings. i will probably skip undervolting in favor of security.

i deleted throttlestop.ini and undervolting now works fine.

You still have a couple of 0.3799 values in the voltage table. If you decide you want to undervolt, exit ThrottleStop, delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file and shut down your computer.

Also i would like to note that i can undervolt further with disabled turbo.
with disabled turbo i undervolt -90mV with turbo -72mV for now.
