I have a little problem with prochot offset settings. It simply refuses to collaborate no matter what I put in that space the prochot value just does not change. that space the prochot value just does not change.Just for the record I already unlocked the overclocking settings in the Bios.

The overclock settings in the BIOS are separate from the PROCHOT Offset settings.

The yellow lock icon in your screenshot shows that PROCHOT Offset has already been locked by the BIOS. Once this is locked, making any changes to this in ThrottleStop will be ignored. The default value that the BIOS set your CPU to was an offset of 10. Trying to use ThrottleStop to set PROCHOT Offset to 5 will not do anything.

I do not know if anyone has found a way to unlock PROCHOT Offset with a BIOS mod. I am sure it is possible to do this. I just cannot remember anyone successfully doing this. Either the lock needs to be removed in the BIOS or the PROCHOT Offset value needs to be changed by modifying the BIOS. There is no other way.
