I tried undervolting my laptop, because it runs pretty hot and I have read undervolting can also improve battery life. But when I try to change the offset nothing happens. And it also does not seem like my bios is locked, but it still does not work.

I use a Dell Latitude 5300 with an Intel core i5-8365U with 12gb ddr 4 ram. Can anyone help me?

Disable VBS. Follow the link in my signature. Delete the ThrottleStop.INI file after that and reboot. Post an updated FIVR screenshot when done.

Reboot and delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file. It is corrupted because VBS was previously enabled.
