Throttlestop "could not change service config"

I have a Dell G7 7588 which i have undervolted with throttlestop until about a week ago. My windows 11 got updated to 24h2 version this week and throttlestop suddenly stopped opening, while giving me a warning saying: "could not change service config". My CPU is an intel i7 8750h and i am using bitfender antivirus.

I tried deleting and redownloading it, unzipping it in either 'Program files' or just C folder, tried running it as an admin numerous times.
I have also tried deactivating advanced thread protection and core isolation but it still didn't run
Can someone help?

Bitdefender is now blocking ThrottleStop from starting. Do a Google search and you should be able to find other users with the same problem.

ThrottleStop blocked by windows security.

Looks like Windows Defender / our company has decided that ThrottleStop is not safe. Did you notice similar issues? Is there a way to somehow fix it ?
