Throttlestop not working properly

I have been using throttlestop(current version 9.6) for about 3 years now on a acer nitro 5 an515-54 with i5 9300h [windows 10]

My problem is i notice even though throttlestop shows theres a voltage offset my temps and power usage were higher than normal while gaming.

So i undervolt the cpu core to -1000mV(previous value -250) but it did not crash while the cache crashes around -150( previous value -125). I am assuming -1000mV is to high for a undervolt offset so something must be wrong.

Visualization base security is disable and bios is v1.33.

Your undervolt is working correctly. The core and cache voltages are synced internally. A difference greater than 100 mV is ignored by the CPU.

It is time for some maintenance. Higher temperatures means you need to clean out your laptop and replace the thermal paste. Your CPU is thermal throttling when power consumption is only 34.5W. Your CPU has a 45W TDP rating. The cooling system should be able to cool up to 45W without overheating.
