ThrottleStop problem

on ThrottleStop stop ı can go no limited core underwolt like -1000 and no errors on ts benc cpu-z benchmark but my temps never changed?????

The core and the cache voltages are synced internally within the CPU. The maximum difference is about 100 mV.

-150 mV cache and -250 mV core is OK

Any increases to only the core beyond that will be ignored by the CPU.

Using different voltages works well when using apps that use a lot of AVX instructions in the processor. Cinebench is the best program when testing different voltages. If you do not see any improvement in performance or temperatures when using different voltages then you might as well set the core and cache offset voltages equally.

Set IccMax for the core and the cache to the max, 255.75.
50.00 Amps is kind of cheap.

Try to improve your cooling so you can run your CPU at its full rated speed.

how can ı improve cooling ı repasted ? and on -250mV when ı try higher clocks there is errrors on benchmark if ı lower the mV its gets hot

Some enthusiasts physically modify their laptop cases to improve cooling. Some find ways to increase the contact pressure between the heatsink and CPU. Some use liquid metal. There are lots of tricks possible. Search Google to learn more. I am always amazed at what ideas some users come up with.

ı used coolermaster cryofuze 14 kmv version and that 2019 nitro 5 needs fan on cpu the 2 fans are too far from cpu cooling system focused on gpu ı think . ty unchle

and if ı change thermal pads and pink paste on vrams did it can help to lower temp is it worth ?
