You're welcome. From your scores and your earlier PM to me, it seems like this is happening because you are thermal throttling hard because all your cores are reaching PROCHOT 95 and your constantly getting the HOT message. Copy the settings in options so your PROCHOT Offset is 0.

Additionally you may want to consider doing a liquid metal repaste (or try PTM7950) if it's still thermal throttling. See my sticked guide here.

i just checked options i thought PROCHOT Offset was at 0 but when i checked it was 5. i just changed it, should i do another run ? or wait till i do a liquid metal repaste ? which one you think its good liquid metal or PTM7950 ?

If PROCHOT Offset changes on its own, tick the Lock PROCHOT Offset option. Restart laptop afterwards to check it's still 0. The main TS screen will say PROCHOT 100C instead of 95C.

At this point it doesn't matter whether you do another run, it's still going to thermal throttle, just slightly later because it'll now do it at 100C instead of 95C. This is why your score dropped by 9000 when doing a single run vs. 10-minute run.

What laptop do you have? If it comes with LM metal then definitely just repaste it. If it didn't, then PTM might be recommended, but my guide covers doing LM for laptops that didn't come with LM originally. Everything you need to know is in the FAQ's.

asus rog strix g16 4070 model 2024.
no didnt come with LM metal but i can buy it.
btw before i do this, i want to ask you i had problem didnt find solution for it yet when laptop comes was working fine on gaming and running a program like topaz video ai. i run into some problems to backup my ssd and move it new one anyway i had to reinstall windows after that, when ever i run topaz video ai laptop crashes , at first i thought its the program causing this but i run custom script i made to update my videos sizes it crashes on it too and on program called virtual dub.
i opened at topic about it and the guys saying that it could be a hardware issue.

im asking just because i dont want to do anything to the laptop in case i wanted to return it.

How do you know it didn't come with LM? The table by ASUS from FAQ 1 in my LM repaste guide says your model has LM on the CPU.

Your crashing issue switching from Nvidia GPU only to Optimus sounds like a driver issue that was fixed recently by Nvidia. Read advice number 2 here.

sorry i thought you meant if it comes withing the package not applied on the laptop.
since the start the laptop crashes when display mode was set to automatic so i start doing that manually.
the problem you see above wasn't happening on switching from mode to mode its happening when im on optimus only once i switched to use only GPU i never faced that issue again, but the laptop keeps crashing when i use programs like topaz video ai and my script that reencode videos. i uninstalled Nvidia drivers with DDU and installed again from windows update, im on optimus now ill keep doing tests and see if i will get some crashes or not by just browsing internet.

so if it has LM on cpu , what do you think could be the problem from not getting good results ?
