ThrottleStop undervolt isn't working

Hello. My CPU is i5-11400H. I used to apply undervolt on my PC back in mid-2023 (Windows 10) and it used to work just fine. My CPU Core and Cache offset voltage values were -70 because beyond -70 would make my laptop get blue screen. Now I use Windows 11 and although my offset voltage values are -200 (CPU Core/Cache), the undervolt just won't work. How can I fix that? FIVR and TPL screenshots are below.
