ThrottleStop Undervolt Offsets not Applying

Hello all, my first post here.
I recently set up ThrottleStop as per the numerous guides available and it has been working fine until today. As title reads, the offset settings are not applying.
I did update the BIOS last night but ThrottleStop worked fine after the update. Updated all drivers and it's still not doing anything. I read somewhere a user reinstalled Windows and got it to work; however, I'd rather not go that route as it's such a hassle.

Any solutions or anything else I should try?
Btw, I'm running Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134.

Thanks.

The last time this happened it was after a bios update on an Xiaomi Mi Notebook. Someone came up with a patcher for that problem.

After the bios update, under volting stopped working. You can try using Intel XTU. If XTU does not work then it is probably your updated bios that did it. See if it is possible to roll it back to the previous one.

Also check your bios for any sort of SVID setting. After the bios update, some setting like this might have changed compared to what you used to have.

Tried XTU but unfortunately it isn't compatible with my set up. I went through the BIOS but couldn't find any SVID settings. I eventually just downgraded the BIOS to a previous one and it's worked fine since. What confuses me is that ThrottleStop did work fine immediately after the upgrade but not the next day. Oh well, I'll just keep the older version. Thank you unclewebb!
