Hi guys, french newbie here (also first post)
I built a rig 5-6 years ago while living in London. It served me really well of those years, but I can't help noticing that Cyberpunk or Godfall (while being run properly) still lack those amazing details that make your jaw drop. Raytracing and such (got a decent screen).
My question (as I am not really following nowadays technology) is:
Would that be better to update my whole rig and get some brand new war beast, that could run (for instance) GTA 5 in photorealistic mode without putting it on its kness (or any other HUNGRY game) haha
OR
just to change my graphic cards (got 2here) and put a really good one in the actual rig(That obviously would be well supported by the motherboard).
Also what should I chose for the rig to keep going a bit longer (GC wise)? I confess, I don't want to spend time doing this and that in the pc, changing the GC is already an effort (dumb and lazy guy here haha)
Thanx for all the help you might provide! Also excuse my broken english!
now my rig specs:
Intel Core i7-5930K CPU 3.50GHz 6 Cores
2 x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
I don't know about the RAM, just know I got 32GB
Gigabyte X99-UD4-CF
Several Hard drives, WD 4To, another one 1To, and the last one 500GB
Sorry if I am not specific enough about certain details.. I don't know how/where to find them.
Thanx again!
