Im gonna be buying a 3rd monitor on the weekend and a 3870, i already have a 3870x2.

So im gonna have 4 DVIs and 3 monitors, i know windows will handle this ok but what about gaming?

I want to play games on all 3 monitor at the same time, i have no idea if CrossFireX supports this, anyone has any info

Also, i remember with my x1950 pro i had the option to span my display to the second monitor so that the computer thinks its 1 monitor instead of 2 (letting me play with 2 monitors in any game). But this option its not there with the 3870x2???

Also Matrox Triple Head is out of the question since it only supports 3840 * 1024, if it all works im gonna be playing at 5760 * 1200 (3 * 24" Screens)

Thanks!!!

Latest drivers allow for multi-screen OpenGL... but I don't know if it'll work with CrossFire. The only examples given were with 1 card and two screens.

If you were running XP and switched to Vista, that would explain why you no longer have hor/vert span modes.
