Trying to figure out what is wrong with my GTX 1060 6GB

As the title suggested I am trying to figure what's wrong with it as I haven't even used it for more than a year now. I recently got error code 43 after it had been shipped from another state as I was moving and couldn't take it with me. I have nvflashed it with the bios that was on the card just to reset it but that didn't do anything. I have also tried installing older drivers in hopes of making it work but it still hasnt fixed it. I have uninstalled and installed the new drivers as well. Each time I would install Geforce experience it would say that there is no driver installed on the card but I know I had 431 on it the last time I used it. I cant figure out what the issue might be. Here is the screenshot of the GPU-Z.

GPU-Z isn't picking up on much at all. No reading on GPU clock, memory, CUDA or anything.
My guess is a power issue. If you've got an spare PSU (and maybe motherboard), I'd try running the card on auxiliary power to check if there's something funky going on. There's also the option of testing it with a double-molex-to-6-pin adaptor.

Could it possibly be that the wire is somehow messed up? I mean the PC was reading the card even when the VGA cable wasn't connected. It was disconnected when I got the PC. Everything else in the PC seems to be working just fine besides the sata port damage to my HDD

I really don't want it to be the PSU because everything in my PC is brand new and I had just gotten it in November last year

I have no idea about the specific workings of power supplies, it depends on whether the power draw is from the PSU-only or both PSU and motherboard at the same time. If the 6-pin connector is installed, the card will be sensing the power connection, but it's actually getting no power at all if something is buggered in the PSU for that specific power rail. If the 6-pin is disconnected, the power draw through the motherboard may be enough to power up the card and it gets detected. I'd play around with it and just verify that's the case.

The card works or it doesnt with regards to power, no in between.

You mention damage to SATA in your second post but not your first - physical damage to the system is something you should have mentioned from the beginning with an explanation of what happened there. Sounds like it too physical damage and now its dead, unfortunately.

The card isn't dead. He said that it gets detected without the cable plugged in.

It just wont get off the error 43 no matter what I try. I have tried updating it with and without PSU connected and still the same thing. The card is still detected if there is 6 pin connector
