I am trying to get the Greaseweazle to work. And as you can see i have been stumped on starting it, when i put in gw it says
*gw is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file*
The other thing is that the floppy drive has no light on it.I tried anther drive that had a solid light on it.Both these drives have worked when tested .What am i doing wrong?
I have just tested both 0f them and they are both working .I have just connected one of them to the Greaseweazle and it is still showing a solid light i am using the same cable i used in the motherboard.2353 on the
Greaseweazle solid light.I am using a extension cable for the USB.
Should the drive show in Disk management ? It does not.And would the extension cable for the USB be an issue?
To the guy on utue
*Should the drive show in Disk management ,?mine does not...One of my drive shows a solid yellow. The other driver does not show any light at all. Both drives work fine on a retro board i am using the same cabal.I do open i n terminal it says greaseweazle-1.20-win64-1\greaseweazle-1.20>gw Then is says the term gw is not recognized as the name of cmdlet ,function, script file or operable program.Check check the spelling of the name ,or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. At line :1 char:1+gw *As you can tell i don,t know how to use or like Terminal. Hope you can help i am confused about all this.
Its in the device manager .I wish i new what i was doing.
