Hello dear @unclewebb ty for update .. i thought with the new update when u change app profile that TPL settings changes with that .. but it seems TPL profiles is there but needs to be activated separately.. please link TPL profiles to app main profiles or at least place a checkbox so we can bind a TPL profile to main profiles .. (for example i need to run Games on capped TPL to prevent overheating .. and every time i wanna play should open app, open TPL section and do my settings .. after closing games i need to do that again . if i can change it via app profiles i will do it in system tray .. much easier ..
also removing that old leftover sections and buttons that has no impact or deprecated would make UI cleaner and less confusing .. (like Turn On/Off button.. actually idk what it does!)
Thanks and regards,

I am not sure what you mean. ThrottleStop has 4 profiles. When I change between different ThrottleStop profiles, the turbo power limits change. Each profile can have different turbo power limit values now. This new feature works correctly for me. Use the monitoring table in the top right corner of the TPL window to watch for real time power limit changes. If you are using HWiNFO, you will need to exit and restart HWiNFO each time you use ThrottleStop to make a change. HWiNFO does not update the MSR turbo power limit values it reports in real time.

If you are still having a problem, show me 4 screenshots of the TPL window so I can see how you have each profile setup.

I agree that the main user interface is overdue for an update. The problem I always have is the moment I make any changes, someone will complain that they used to use the feature that I just removed. People tend to hate any changes. That is why the main TS interface has been left the same for so many years.

I plan to change the main user interface in the near future. Any unhappy users can stay with the previous version if they do not like the new design.

Turn On/Off button.. actually idk what it does!
I am keeping that button. That ThrottleStop mystery will continue!

please link TPL profiles to app main profiles
I thought I already did.

its strange .. im not using HwInfo or any other app .. i just change app main profile from system tray and when i go to TPL the profile remains at first one .. this is just for TPL .. its ok with FIVR tab .. FIVR changes with app profile.. as u can see in images i have 3 profiles .. Default, Game, Battery, .. when i activated second profile (game), FIVR profile changed too but TPL remained at first one .. (default) ..
also another thing i notices is that BD PROCHOT is grayed out in new update .. its sometimes checked sometimes not ! this option was available in 9.6 ..
EDIT :
Oh man i just realized PL1 and PL2 value changes but it shows first one .. also i dont get it why my PROCHOT is 94 while its set to 1 offset .. (not using Lenovo Vantage or any other apps that controls hardware)

When you first open the TPL window, it defaults to the first profile. I will try to remember to change that in the future so it will automatically go to the profile that you are currently using. Until then, just manually change profiles in the TPL window.

Picture 2 shows two different profiles. The TPL window shows the values for the first Default profile but you have ThrottleStop in the same screenshot set to the second profile which is your Game profile. Show me a screenshot where both open windows are showing information for the same profile.

I will look at the BD PROCHOT setting some more tomorrow.

I am guessing that you have not checked PROCHOT Offset in your Game profile. Post a screenshot of the TPL window when it is set to your Game profile. It looks like your computer is using the typical BIOS setting of 6 for the offset value.

- yeah if u do that it will be very good .. now TPL profile settings "applies" but it remain at first one .. (as u said) not major problem tho ..
about Picture 2 : i set main profile on second one and immediately took this screenshot .. to represent TPL checkbox remain at first one but as u can see PL1 and PL2 values is what i set in my Game TPL .. first i thought it wont apply TPL profile but then i realized it applies second TPL values BUT shows first one .. thats all the story...
now i set both on second profile and took a shot :
- BD PROCHOT sometimes is checked sometimes not (while being grayed out at all ) .. im pretty sure about this now ..
- PROCHOT is now on 100 which must be .. when i check its Lock box its ok until i restart my laptop .. when it boots up Lock box is not checked. i can confirm this too ..
