Sorry for this dumb question ,but should this be "Turn Off" or "Turn On"?

@Kai Chan i remember that it was discussed in the past and the answer was that it's not required for newer generations CPUs(yours is newer).
And while we're on the subject....i actually have the same question to @unclewebb :). Do i need to turn it ON on my old laptop with 2nd Gen CPU?

Also question that i want it to ask for a long time. It's about the Power Balance in the TPL window. I've seen lots of screenshots here and most of them are set to 9 and 13. Some were set to 16 and 16. I just would like your advise as a expert on that old CPU of mine. Mine is set now to 15 and 16(i based this on older versions of throttlestop where there was a note mentioning that the maximum is 31). Originally was set to 0 and 24.

Turn On Turn Off controls the Clock Mod and Set Multiplier features. If you are not using either of these, Turn On Turn Off should not matter.

Power Balance was mostly for the low power U series CPUs. I never use this feature. I rarely see anyone ever using this feature.
