I´ve tried to install the amd drivers, however when it finishes the amd adrenaline software wont open and a message appears saying windows update may have replaced my drivers. My gpu is the rx axle 580 8gb model. I´ve already tried to unable some windows update settings, reinstall the drivers, reboot the pc, etc and nothing seems to work. Not really sure what to do next. I also attached gpu-z settings that could help. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful.

Disconnect from the Internet and DDU the old drivers. Then install the new ones before reconnecting to the internet.

Go to System Properties and set Device Installation Settings to No. That might help, I've had this happen on my Vega a couple times, just had to keep trying and it eventually worked properly.
Good ol' AMD drivers.

Maybe the graphics card was mined on and the last owner didnt flash it back to the normal timings. I've had a few of these issues.

The gpu was bought from a store, not in second hand, is it possible to have been used for mining anyway?

Can you post a GPU-Z screenshot and a photo of the identifying sticker on the back of the card?

There's likely nothing wrong with the gpu, like I said I also ran into this problem with my card.

All I can suggest is;

Boot into safe mode
Run DDU and remove the driver
De-select safe boot and reboot
Run the installer and make sure Factory Reset is checked
If that doesn't work run the installer again but this time without checking Factory Reset

If this still doesn't work start from the beginning and try again. I had to repeat this 3 or 4 times before it finally installed properly.

This should stop windows from overwriting the driver.

Ok, it looks like there is a missing digital signature in the VBIOS - which would prevent the driver from installing.

I would recommend disassembly of the card, and to verify the code on the corner of the "frame" around the GPU die.

In the photo below, you can see an RX 580 with the heatsink removed. There is a metal square surrounding the GPU chip itself - and on the far side you can see a code in white lettering.

We need this code to confirm you really have an RX 580 2048SP. If you can also grab a photo of the RAM chips (black square to the left in the pic) so we can get the code off of them, we can confirm that the RAM is correct.

Also, if you can get an overall picture of the card without the heatsink attached, it may show a key as to which BIOS will work first try.

If you are not comfortable with taking the card apart, that is ok. We can try a few and see what works, but it might take a little longer.

Make sure you have thermal paste first. Sounds like you might be new to this

Well, it appears that you have the card to match the sticker on the back, but I have seen some that use different parts that are not quite compatible.

Here are two VBIOS files to try:
