to unbrick a graphics card that was bricked by a bad flash ,and that isn't posting anymore and isn't detected by windows or your flash tool following this bad flash there is this solution :
- the difficulty is to locate the bios chip...i had some luck , i strapped (pin1 + pin4) with a tweezer on my gtx 560ti and it worked .... but is it the same case for all nvidia cards ??
-and for amd cards ,some say strap (pin1 +pin8), but others say (pin4 +pin5) ,and others say (pin1+pin4)....whats your opinion on that ,because i have soe bricked amd cards ??

i tried (pin1+pin8) on two amd cards a 7870 and a 7950 they showed briefly in windows hardare manager(saying new material was installed ) , but not long enough to try flashing them to restore them ,they disappeard from windows hardware manager after next boot ,knowing that the tweezer straping pin1 +pin8 didnt move during the operation

One unshort the pins, start windows, short the pins, do not reboot.

@MrGenius told you what to do once before.

there are plenty of guides a even on a overclockers.net or ocuk whatever it is. I'll be honest with you there are cards out there that you just can't reflash even with the correct bios to recover them and expect them to work the same. So for your benefit stop flashing cards otherwise get the professional equipment to do it.

i dont think that shorting pins (before pc boot) or (while pc is running ) change something ,why did it function few seconds the first time i shorted the pins
i cant short the pins while pc is running due to luck of space ,and the two cards primary and secondary being close together, so i can place a tweezer before booting and take it out wwhen running with a hook
