I like setting IccMax for both the core and the cache to the max, 511.75. I would also set Power Limit 4 to the max, 1023.

Have you set the 800 MHz V/F Point 1 core and cache to 150 like I suggested?

Once you do that you should be able to increase the CPU Core and CPU P Cache undervolt values significantly. I have a similar 14900HX that is stable with the core and cache offsets set to -150 mV.

I use the Windows High Performance power plan when plugged in. That automatically sets Speed Shift EPP to 0. I do not have a lot of background tasks running so the difference in power consumption is minimal. Less latency is a bonus.

I like checking the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window. Some users prefer not checking MMIO Lock. If you are running any other Legion control software, not checking the MMIO Lock box will allow other software to control the turbo power limits.

I prefer not to check Thermal Velocity Boost or V-Max Stress. When these two boxes are checked, they do not boost anything. They both cause the CPU to throttle.

If you use your laptop for gaming then check the Log File box on the main screen of ThrottleStop and go play a game for at least 15 minutes. When finished testing, exit the game and exit ThrottleStop so it can finalize the log file. This file will be in the ThrottleStop / Logs folder. Attach a log file to your next post so I can see if there are any problems. Check the Nvidia GPU box in the Options window before you start logging data. This will include Nvidia GPU data in the same log file.
