Undervolt settings arent being applied

Hi, I recently got an i7 12700kf and wanted to undervolt it. But, when I try to apply the voltages, they don't get applied. I don't have vhs enabled and running windows 10.

Delete the ThrottleStop.INI file and use ThrottleStop 9.6. Post updated screenshots of the main window and the FIVR window.

use ThrottleStop 9.6

Windows 10 does not correctly support 12th Gen and newer CPUs that have P and E cores. It is random chance for tasks to get assigned to the proper core when using Windows 10.

The ThrottleStop 9.6 FIVR window might show that your computer has enabled Undervolt Protection. This blocks any undervolt requests.
