Hello, I recently got a new laptop with an i9-14900HK processor. On my old laptop, I was able to undervolt using throttlestop just fine, but this one seems to have the cpu core locked on the FIVR page and I have tried just about everything to figure out how to unlock it. I have disabled VBS as far as I know and turned off all the related settings to it. I have attached a screenshot of what my FIVR tab looks like.

My laptop is SAGER NP7570E Notebook with i9-14900HK and 4070 RTX Card. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The top middle of the FIVR page shows that the BIOS has Locked the CPU voltage control register. Here is an example of the general method to unlock a Dell laptop.

It is also possible that there might be an older BIOS version available for your laptop that is not locked. Search Google for your specific laptop model and maybe you will get lucky.
