Upgrade time- out with the 8700k and 2080ti rigid custom loop - questions

Ok, in 2018 I built my PC with a de-lidded 8700k and 2080ti custom loop with the following items:

• Watercool WCP D5-VARIO 12V Pump with a 200mm reservoir.
• Bitspower G1/4" Matte black fittings.
• Bitspower None Chamfer PETG 16mm OD Rigid Tubing
• 2x XSPC TX360 Ultrathin Radiators (top case and front back behind res).

I am now looking to update my components, I have a Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower.
Leaning toward an AMD 9800x3d combo from MC, eventually updating to a RTX 4080 or 5080 possibly.

A couple things I want to change:

• Move from rigid to flex for serviceability ease.
• Does anyone know if the existing Bitspower G1/4" fitting will work with flexible tube or do I need barbed fittings?
• My pump and reservoir will need relocated to fit a RTX 4080 or 5080 as there is not enough room as currently mounted.
• Pretty sure I will need to ditch this current reservoir setup due to space.
  • Do I really need a reservoir? Easier to fill a loop with one I imagine.
  • Looking for suggestions on the pump/res replacement.
• Not planning to water block whatever GPU I end up with, I realize the 9800x3d doesn't really need 2x 360mm rads but I have them so might as well use them.

Open to suggestions, I would like to reuse this case instead of buying a new one.
