URGENT HELP ATI RADEON

Hello, I was using ati radeon x1950 cross fire edition, the card is broken. I bought 4850. But how do I install this card as first and second as it appears in x1950 slave und nvs 2200. x1950 xrossfire edition was installed like this. But 4800 series comes only one

My memory might be rusty on CFX, but I don’t think you can have two different architecture cards in CF anyway, no? Am I misunderstanding the question?

HD 4800
HD 4800 secondary.

If I am understanding correctly, you had 2x ATI X1950 and one of them broke? That generation of card required the dongle that connects the two cards together. Something like this.

With the 4850, ATI went to the Crossfire bridge. Something like this.

You cannot crossfire these cards together. It is not going to work.

What I mean is that I don't want to use it as crossfire. The second x1950 secondary edition is not important either. I just need a driver that will work with the mv2200 and 4800 series and I can use the 4800 series alone.

but Fire MV 2200 has to work. I think 2200 series can use max catalyst 10.2. is that right

The version of the catalyst here is 6.4 and although it seems to be installed with HD 4800, it is not working right now. It wants me to update. When I install the latest version, it is not compatible with MV2200. I am looking for a version that will work with both and I want to install the 4800 series as primary and secondary.

What can you suggest me to use instead of x1950 crossfire. It will have crossfire feature but it will also work with MV2200. Here comes the problem.
The program does not work without mv2200.

I know, but when it comes to flight simulators, 20 years doesn't matter much. The company that sold it closed down. The system has protection. Otherwise, I would have changed all the PCs and would not have asked for help. Don't forget this too.
