I currently have a Dell XPS 15 7590 (4K OLED), which comes with an i7-9750H and an NVIDIA GTX 1650.
At some point two years ago, due to some update mishap, the GPU was no longer useable by the system. For the longest time I had assumed that the GPU was done for, but I've now come to the understanding that the issue happened to be the vBIOS becoming corrupted. Now, being that the system is out of warranty, Dell Support was less than helpful, and I have no faith in my country's service centers. I am left with, hopefully, the support of this community. Either there is a vBIOS for my particular system online, or there isn't, the latter seems more likely.
So please, if you or any of your acquaintance owns this laptop, kindly install GPU-Z on it to check if the Device ID matches (10DE 1F91-1028 0905), and if it does, please extract and send me a copy of the ROM. I've attached a GPU-Z screenshot of my system for anyone to confirm the Device ID and also if someone sees something I don't.
