Hi all, I bought a used Palit 3080 Gaming Pro OC NED3080S19IA-132AA described as overheating. (See photo of sticker attached)

Upon plugging it in, it works fine and no artifacts. Running time spy It does run a little hot and 2 of the fans seem to work only when they want to? I managed to complete a timespy run when I managed to get all three fans running at 100%

More interestingly I found upon opening GPU-Z I found that the card was flashed with a PNY uprising BIOS rather than a Palit one. (See attached GPU-Z screenshot)

Questions
1) is the PNY bios the cause for the fans to not work? Or should I buy a replacement off AliExpress anyway since I'm going to open it up
2) it seems a simple fix - backup existing bios, use nvflash to flash a Palit Gaming Pro bios from the TPU bios Database and I should have a fully factory card? Are there any other pre auctions I need to take?
3) are there any settings on my motherboard I need to enable/disable for a successful flash e.g. CSM on or off? Uefi only?

Thank you
