Hello, recently i've getting very low cpu speed when my cpu is throtling making the game unplayable for a few seconds. when not throttling it runs at 3.99ghz.
I've also tested without undervolt, still the same problem.
It only happens when i run this software, I usually run it to keep the turbo boost always active, but for some unknown reason one week ago it doesnt work as it used to do. also I downloaded the latest version and it doesnt have anymore the option to lock turbo boost power limit on the FIVR options. Anyways that's not my concern right now, i tried an old version with that option but this problem persist.
My setup is Intel i5 9300h

it doesn't have anymore the option to lock turbo boost power limit on the FIVR options.
The ReadMe file mentions that this option has been moved to the TPL window.

- replaced the Disable and Lock Turbo Power Limits box with the MMIO Lock box.

Checking the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window is the new way to enable this feature. No need to use an old version of ThrottleStop.

The main screen of ThrottleStop shows the problem you are having. When you see BD PRO light up red on the main screen or if you see BD PROCHOT light up red in the Limit Reasons window, this will cause massive throttling. Did you try clearing the BD PROCHOT box on the main screen of ThrottleStop? That is how you can fix a BD PROCHOT throttling problem.

What laptop model do you have? Dell likes to use BD PROCHOT throttling in some of their laptops.

After you get these two problems fixed, turn on the Log File option and go play a game. With some laptops it is like a game of whack a mole. When you fix one throttling problem a new problem pops up. A log file will show if any progress has been made. Attach a log to your next post.

I've cleared the BD PROCHOT box and now is doing fine, tested it with TS Bench on while playing to add more stress.
Thank you very much for the help, if something bad comes up, i will post.

That sounds a little excessive. The log file shows that the CPU is reaching 100°C and thermal throttling. Hopefully it does not do this while playing without the TS Bench running in the background. Consider opening up your laptop and making sure the heatsink and fan are clean.
