Hello dear friends,

I have a very strange problem that I even don't know how can I troubleshoot. I have a MSI Velox p case comes with argb card shown below:

Since 15 days or more, the rgbs are unresponsive to anything. the button on the case, the mystic light software, even bios resetting. My case looks always like this:

MSI Mystic light software does change the rgb of GPU, mainboard, and AMD cooler. but It won't affect the rgb which are connected to argb card.
What do you think the problem is? Is it because of portion of bios which is responsible with led, or my card is broken?

Have you tried bypassing the card, going directly to one of the motherboard's rgb, of which only two are addressable and the software probably controls separately.

Yeah, looks like the controller board is fried. Fortunately, a replacement is cheap. This stuff happens all the time.

This 10-port hub from Thermalright is just $8 on amazon. Should work for you, throw that into your bookmarks and order it next time you grab something I suppose. No rush unless the lighting bothers you :toast:

(odd, looks like Amazon embeds broke ever since W1zz added the TPU affiliate tag to links lol)

If that's the case, could it harm to motherboard?

btw, I didn't do anything wrong, why it has broken?
