^^ Yes. This is picture from right side of case where is place for cable management. PSU didn't block air path.

It looks like a glorified fish tank to me but in terms of cases, looks matter. If you like it, go for it but I would expect thermals to be mediocre compared to a mesh open front end case

that would be bad especially if air cooling the CPU, that case is designed to be a bottom to top airflow case similar to the old silverstone raven cases. The difference being the bottom is not that open which is why they have mesh opening along the bottom sides of the case to bring in more outside cooler air.

And recirculate exhaust?

I'm no expert in cooling but I can clearly see that that right bottom fan (looking from the back) has almost no space left between it and the PSU and I doubt that the side intake will change anything in that regard.
