Hi,
You can test your self
Change minimum processor state to 10-15% save and exit.
Go back and use the first restore default settings for this plan and see if it restores min processor state as well.

There two restores plans to defaults and it seems to be that the restore default settings for this plan restore the whole plan to default including the power option advance

but when I click restore plan to default it only reset the power option advance settings back to normal

does clicking on restore default settings for this plan And restore plan defaults

reset it back to default so it revert any changes
I made back to normal

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
It does exactly what it says... resets the selected plan back to defaults.

Again, try it and see if you are confused.

Hi,
Default minimum processor state on a balanced power plan is 5%

Changing it to 10 or 15%...
will be reverted back to 5% if the first setting sets the advanced option you alter on your second screen shot with advanced options.
If it doesn't it only changes the turn off screen option and sleep option on your first screen shot.

I use a performance power plan and leave it at default settings.
