That i believe is a warning sign.

I would as the next step. Download Crystal disk info and open it and see if that comes with a warning to. If there are any doubt, post a screenshot with it open here. That will allow us to see your ssd's health status and see if your drive maybe be on its last leg.

You download Crystal disk info from here

Warning because bitlocker isn't working and disk is not encrypted, which is interpreted as a security issue.
Then nothing is wrong with both SSDs.

Could it be because the drive is more than 70% full and depending on what/who you care to believe, SSD's and NVME drives slow the fuller they get, some even recommend not using more than 70% of drive capacity and that drive is just over 77% full? #LongShot :)

Yes, this is also an important tip, and I agree that the OP should monitor this metric.

The blue bar would turn red if Windows thought there's too little free space.

I got this warning on my C: drive, does it mean something.
In Explorer, open the "Properties" window and check all the tabs, there might be some hint or explanation somewhere.

Since the support role is nearing finish.

You might be interested by the reasons SSD/NVMe tests are conducted the way they are on TPU. Specifically those a fresh set of data fills the majority of space before running. This is important for reasons other than how Windows treats files it hasn't learned you access more than others.

That triangle just means that Bit-locker is ready to encrypt the drive, you just have to activate it. If you don't want to use it, just switch bit-locker off.

At the OP, @A&P211

Your CDI is OLD. The new version is 9.2.1, so update it. Then in settings change: Function/ Advanced Feature/ Raw Value / to "10 [DEC]"
so you can read the values in human terms.

windows isn't so SMART, they better integrate some AI cr*p etc. rather than something useful

Sometimes you have no other option then to click activate, in this case do the following;

Open the Command Prompt as an Administrator and type "manage-bde -off <drive letter>:" and press Enter. For example for the c: drive you would type; manage-bde -off c:
