I keep getting this blurry screen, I try to reset cleartype but its not working. I have updated those the intel and Nvidia drivers.
It only clears up when I restart this laptop.

Looks like monitor hardware issues...
If you take a printscreen (screen capture) and then view the file and you see nothing wrong with it, I'd have to agree that the issue appears to be some sort of hardware issue.

It could be possible the laptop/video cable is failing. I know I've heard of laptops in the past that had video cables fail/break after years of opening and closing the laptop.

The screen goes back to normal after I restart it.

It only clears up when I restart this laptop.
And then how long does it stay cleared up? Does it seem like it might be associated with opening and closing the laptop's clamshell case (suggesting a loose connection or pinched cable)?

Connect an external monitor to the laptop and see if the problem appears there too. If it does, the problem is with the laptop's graphics solution. If the external monitor looks right while the laptop screen does not, the laptop display screen is the problem.

If it appears to be a loose connection or pinched cable to the laptop screen, it is an easy fix "IF" you feel comfortable disassembling the laptop. If you don't feel comfortable taking it apart (and re-assembling it without pinching - or re-pinching - cables or causing other collateral damage), take it to a shop. There is no shame in that.

Its hard to tell, its so random at times. I thought it was the cleartype when I post a few months back. It seems its getting worse and worse this week. I'm more than comfortable with taking this laptop apart.

Yeah, intermittent problems you cannot duplicate on demand are always the most difficult to troubleshoot.

That said, you didn't answer my first question. After you reboot and the problem goes away, how long does it stay cleared up? And when it does return, is it out of the blue while you are using the computer? Or is it upon booting? Or when you open the case?

After I reboot it, I left the laptop open, sometimes the issue is still around but as right now, its back to normal. It stays cleared up for a random amount of time, few hours to a few days, but it does seem to be picking up for the pass 2 weeks.

I opened up the laptop, checked all the cables leading to the screen. Everything seems to be normal, no bents on any cables I can see. I'll see if I can flip the motherboard over on to its other side.
