My TVB light always red and sometimes EDP Other red.
What is the best settings for this machine?

There is no "one" best setting for a laptop, they all need to be tried by changing settings and finding what works best for yours.
Post a screenshot of the FIVR window and any changes you have made there, if any.

It shows locked, there is no changes to be made there.
