Used English Windows since 2006 and I practiculary use English on my every device. Translations can be horrible so it's waaay easier to troubleshoot and search for tips when the software is in English.

English. Short - Clear - Works - Less Bugs - More Documentation. English is a requirement on the job market.

The german translation is worse for any software. The documentation is poor. (let's keep politics out and the media. There is more which I wanted to add why german is a bad idea for software)
Most stuff has no real translation anyway. Or a fake german gibbersih one (e.g. handy = which is something which hurts when you hear it several times a week)

Some software shows lot of issues and bugs with the german translation. Text does not fit the box - it crashes. I experienced that in the past 30+ years
