What options are there if any to force normal AA in games that seem to have only DLSS ?

Um, sorry, if it's somewhere, I just can't find anything on this. so quick background, and yes maybe its opinion, its mine, not looking to debate it. but just reason to why i have the question below it so skip this bit if you like.
I really really really dislike DLSS, I think its smoke and mirrors improved performance and quality, and just makes everything look blurry, l'd rather play 30 fps than look at blur than any extra fps dlss might give. I would rather just not play it at all in a few situations. now initially it was fine, because I could just turn it off and select some light AA if i felt it was needed. lately though, games be having it on with no alternate AA setting and well it just hurts my eyes even on DLAA it looks awful to me. seems to me GPU developers are using AI to escape improving the tech hardware and simply put, i hate this path and nvidia going down it so hard makes me want buy alternates (if there were some that were reliable). whats the point of 4k monitor if you are running it 2k upscaling, that's just blurry 4k and not why i would buy a 4k monitor, i just want it native good fps otherwise its not worth it to me and i dont need AA at that level anyway

the short of it, I DONT want down/upscaling to be the means of AA, it looks bad, so what options are there if any to force normal AA in games that seem to have only DLSS (DLAA looks just as awful so not that) so i can not have a giant headache playing it.
