There's many issues with this old thing but the main ones I want addressed is 2 missing feet (seems to snap on, not screw in) and that weird rectangular gap above the pcie slot covers. Any suggestions? It's a thermaltake chassis and I don't have the model at the moment. My first one from over a decade ago ;-(

P.S. damage wasn't from me

I doubt you will unless you can find the same case to buy on a used site which would defeat the purpose, though you can buy replacement caster feet like that online, and maybe just mod the back piece with some black painted plastic or cardboard, maybe 3d print something if you have access to one. That would likely be your best bet imo

Once you figure out what it is you're best bet is to go the eBay route for a parts case. You'll probably never find the missing rectangle vent part but like Marcus mentioned, you may be able to have it 3d printed.

Contact them and ask. I had a busted USB port on my Fractal Design Define R4 and just sent a mail asking if I could buy that part from them, and they just sent it to me for free (after I sent them the serial number for the case).

I would have said the same though as it's from "over a decade ago" I highly doubt they use or have any of those parts lying around anymore, though worth a quick email if op finds out the model, could've posted a pic of the case and I'm sure we could have figured it out

Many of us have been on this wretched earth longer than 30 years. If you showed us a proper picture of the case in question. A good 80% of TPU folk would probably recognise it or be able to guess the model and the year it came out.

What youre basically doing is getting into a taxi/minicab. Not saying anything to the driver. Show them a picture of an random and common landmark or POI and expect the driver to take you there without giving him any more information.

This isnt a game of charades or a game of kiss and dont tell. You want answers?? we do too! show us a proper picture :toast:

I know they used to do it that way from cases back in the 90s and 00's, brands like IBM, CompaQ, Fujitsu, HP etc etc used to use a part that screws down and hides the PCI screws as an security measure.

My case is from 2012, and I asked in 2024. Some of those parts are the same generation to generation.

You should be able to get some generic replacement feet, but they appear to be hard to get these days.
I know a company that can do the ones pictured below, in 1k quantities...

These might do the job otherwise, assuming you live in the US.

They did for one of my cases ( was a thermaltake case too), which was a rear slot part. Always worth a try.

Or see if you can get the normal screw in types, and use a washer or some thing.

OP post the case pics already.

I had to photoshop and add more tray covers in the front that's why it looks weird. Only got 1 more hiding somewhere.

Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow edition from 2012 (wasnt this case)

1735933144380.png

:EDIT:

You'll be able to find some parts for it on ebay like the HDD trays and such but the most luck you'll have is going around different forums and asking if anyone has one in their shed that they'd like to get rid of and cannibalise it for parts.

::EDIT II::

Old thread on Thermaltakes own forums where theres a rep saying to contact Thermaltake customer support.

1735933921589.png

Worth a shot depending on how bad you want to get the case back up and running.

::::EDIT IV::::

No its not a snow edition as I had originally thought. Its a standard Level 10 GTS mid-tower

The giveaway was this part here...

1735936262190.png

The Snow edition has two screws going into that part instead of one.

:::::EDIT V:::::

The back of the 'snow edition' (snow edition is also ever so slightly bigger??)
