Do you have a specific budget? (for an example: not over 300€) Also we don't really know the performance of the 50 Cards, you might want to wait a month or two.
Also availability might be rough at the beginning for the 50 series.

Hi, i'm having a GTX 1650 with a Ryzen 3600 that i wan't to upgrade. But i'm struggling to find out if i should upgrade the GPU or the CPU? (Can't do both atm) I do mostly gaming. The GPU i have in mind is the RTX 4070 or RTX 4070 Super (if it is any good/ reasonably priced). Or should i wait...

I would not buy anything unless you like fireworks. Your power supply isnt going to supply power for very long if you 4070 or 5070 and ignore it.
