I don't think an exhaust would make much of a difference. Maybe a little. T30s are pretty good, so there is that.

so you are “watercooling” your cpu, but not your gpu.

I would suggest putting the AIO cpu cooler radiator in front, and exhaust in top. (cold air, instead of hot air from GPU)

…or reverse the fans so you are pushing air out of the case in front, and pulling air from the top the case.

Few weeks back with my older GPU RTX3080Ti I tested Cinebench R23 and 2024.
R23 +- 65000 points
2024 +- 3600 points

GPU ASUS ROG Strix RTX 4090 NonOC/OC have very good default cooler, temperature are ok.

But CPU Sapphire Rapids with 56 P-Cores (112Threads) really need water. Without water is it not good. Looks on 13900/14900/K/KS :) Ane here are only P-Cores and it is so many more cores.

Cold air goes from the front through the gpu to the back. Very warm air from the CPU goes straight up of the case out.
I tried many variations and this one turned out to be the most optimal. My case Fractal Define 7 XL has a special made front part that has ventilation holes from Coldzero.

The temperature approximate:
Idle GPU +-37 (hot spot +-46) GPU memory +-40, CPU +-35
Under load GPU +-60/65, CPU +-50/55 (tjmax +-67)

Only because that case is made with so much depth it fits the "gonna need a bigger boat" design concept!

That said, cases are as much if not more about airflow and heat dissipation as they are about space. I got the Corsair 7000D Airflow because it easily accommodates Arctic's thick 420 rad up top, and it also has plenty of width to keep the left panel far enough away from larger GPUs to avoid warm air pooling around it. I also like that the front and front right filters are full sized. The previous case I had used individual 120mm filters, each on their own swing out door with plastic bracing. They filled up with dust much faster.

The ONLY negative on the Corsair 7000D Airflow is the hefty weight of it. You can eliminate close to 5 lbs of it just by not using the inner cable management door, cable hiding bar, PSU shroud end caps, and CPU cutout cover, but it still weighs about 40 Lbs. It helps a lot though if you remove the side, front, and top panels before lifting it, all of which are quick and easy to take off and put back on.

It looks like a positive pressure setup, i don't think it would make a noticeable difference. Right, OP ?

It would help draw the hot air away from gpu alot faster.

I don't think an exhaust would make much of a difference. Maybe a little. T30s are pretty good, so there is that.

I see a clear difference just from high vs low rpm on the rear fan. He would deffo see better temps on particularly mobo, but also gpu.

Actually I meant with that CPU!...
These tests are with my current processor QYFS CPU with 56 cores and 112 threads. CinebenchR23 65289points Cinebench2024 3622points.

It would help lower help draw the hot air away from gpu alot faster.
This my fan cooling setting is on purpose after many tested variants.
I even had a i9-13900KS with Z790APEX with RTX3090Ti in this case before, for testing cooling, with 11x Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM. Plus I also tested 9x Phanteks T13.

Can't really compare airflow with watercooling vs aircooling.

With aircooling you would likely have been better off getting rid of the top fans - the 2 top intake fans only cause turbulence with the front fans.

Only top fan that makes sense having with aircooling is the exhaust one right above the rear fan.

The warmer component is the processor, by a lot really. Everyone knows how good heater are current i9 series :-D And now imagine that you have for example at four pieces of them in one case at same time.
Therefore, water cooling blows air up through the radiator. The front fans, on the other hand, suck in cold air and push it into the cabinet. This set suited me best in the current conditions.
Before when I had a slower processor 13900KS , the front fans drew in air, the first two upper ones drew in air, the other fans blew air away. Positive overpressure.

I expected higher scores, but it probably has to do with it's lower clockspeeds compared to my i7.
My (just) 20 thread i7 12700K does R23 23806 multi and CB2024 1372 multi.

Yes. In R23 65289points because this is not final piece but es engineering sample, slower max turbo versus retail pieces (Xeon Platinum 8480+ / Xeon w9-3495X).
Here you can see HWiNFO64 table of turbo boost with different number of cores.
For example if I using 1 Core up to 28 Cores so maximum turbo boost is 3,7GHz without AVX2/512. With AVX2 is it 3,6GHz. With AVX512 is it 3,5GHz.
