why am I getting an error when installing Nox App Player?

I am trying to install Nox App Player on my Windows 7 PC but I keep getting an error message, what would have caused such an issue. What could be the problem, somebody help.

There's too little information ... Kinda like "Doc, I don't feel good, what's wrong ?

1. The app web site lacks information "supports Windows and "Mac", that's it ... which Windows ? ... 10, 8.1. 8, 7, ME, 2000, XP, NT, 95, W4WGs, 3 ?

2. Like the Doc analogy, can't diagnose the problem w/o knowing the symptoms ... what error ? ... where was it from ? App popup ? .. Event Viewer ?... what did it say ?

3. What system components ... again, be specific ... not "650 watt PSU", Seasonic Focus Gold Plus 650 FX ... not "nvidia GFX card" .... "MSI 1070 Gaming X"
