Last months I tried three different graphicscards, like Asus Rog 3080, Asus Rog 3080 ti and MSI Suprim X 3080 ti. None of them could control the fans with software. Whatever value I set, they spun in an illogical and chaotic way. Started the fan in Silent BIOS already at 40 degrees Celsius, or don't started at 60 degrees Celsius. I tried three different software, Argus Monitor, MSI Afterburner, GPU Tweak. If it went with basic BIOS control, it is still turned on promiscuous. What could be the problem?

Thank you the answers!

Sounds like error setting the fan curve, there are a couple settings in afterburner that might help, if you're not using an msi card set it to third party, also enable the low level stuff and hw control, you might also need to check the options at the top of the fan curve menu.
