Will an aftermarket mobo fit ok in a HP desktop?

So a guy is going to buy the motherboard and CPU i have rn (check my specs) because i'm upgrading and he wants to replace his bended CPU socket motherboard , my question is will my aftermarket motherboard fit in his HP ?

It will fit, but that doesn't matter because the HP motherboard and PSU use totally different connectors to the ATX specification, so he won't even be able to connect your board to his PSU.

He should take the CPU, RAM, drives and expansion cards out of the HP system, then throw the case, PSU and motherboard in the bin. I'm serious - HP cases are tiny and horrible to work in, the PSU we've already established is useless except to an HP board, and the board's CPU socket is f**ked. You might consider selling him your current setup and then yourself upgrading to something a little newer.
