Will this work to keep air out of the GPU AIO Pump?

So I ran out of room in this case and I don't see many options. I think this will work. Common sense makes me think so but sometimes "common sense" can get you into trouble.
You guys think this will work? I did some reading on it and it seems it should work anyway but I'd like however many opinions lol
