I just recently installed the 5700x3d on my MSI B550 A Pro. I used that opportunity to upgrade to Win11 as well.
TPM is activated within bios and Windows was installed just fine. But when i now check out Device Security > Security Processor i get the message on the screenshot. I'm on the latest Bios which is about a Month old. Tried clearing the TPM 3 times already but it doesn't change anything. Does someone has a clue why i get that message?

Ms crapping on W11 to get one on W12. Sorry for the inappropriate joke, I got not much to add.

Should it be fully supported?
Is it a newer feature only in W11?
I' m thinking the cpu may be lacking in say one or two feature set extension.
Not the latest TPM hardware?

The attitude of Microsoft on this is

"Device Health Attestation is utilised in a professional setting; it is not necessary or utilised on a personal computer. Your BIOS must support TPM and Secure Boot and be in UEFI Mode in order for that feature to function. Device Health Attestation is a means for a PC to inform a System Administrator about the security hardware on the PC; it does not boost security."

TLDR; don't worry about it.

Its part of the features they cut from Vista finally making an appearance. Slowly, painfully making an appearance. Windows 11 is feeling like the slightly less retarded version of Vista. By the time 12 gets its first service pack it will be good.

I might be wrong, but I think Rufus (the disk image writer) has a checkbox for disabling that, when it detects a win11 iso.

Also, the last couple AGESA releases 'addressed' the GOP security certificate issue, and recently before them, addressed Spectre-Meltdown, etc.
While I personally circumvented these updates, an outdated Firmware(AGESA ver.+BIOS) may be the cause/related.

I don't seem to be able to do anything about it anways. I tried to track it down. Wasted now 2-3 hours on this. Enabling/Disabling Secure Boot and TPM to see if i get it working that way. My Autism wanted it to work but from what i see that seems to be a mainboard/Uefi Issue. According to this It seems like Asus fixed it a few months ago. But when checking the MSI Website of my board it doesn't get mentioned so i guess they didn'T do anything about it (yet) as long as i don't get issues. I'm using Linux 95% of time anyways.

it's a bug for ages.
it happens on all Zen 3 and Zen 4 CPUs and if you close the window and open it again (or wait a minute) it either fixes itself or it stays at either unsupported or not available.
you can check your real TPM status when you type "tpm.msc" where it says TPM is ready.

That i noticed as well though here the "security processor" would do that not the option "Attestation" That always seems to stay "not supported" however tpm.msc always reports it as ready but i honestly don't know if this is the same thing.

in windows defender the "security chip" or security processor is your TPM.
here is my 7800X3D right now it randomly says "not ready" and sometimes it claims that there isn't even a TPM in my system at all. this is a bug in windows since Windows 10. don't worry about it.

It is the same thing, the "not supported" is just a reporting issue. On my computer I get a "Ready" message but the report from tpm.msc is the same as you are getting. See the graphic below.
